The warm and intimate candlelight dinner, on a perfect November night in Montego Bay was picturesque. The gold pineapple themed dinner was set under a gorgeous vine and branch hugging trellis featuring vibrant shades of orange, peach, and fuchsia florals on a mahogany farm table. Topaz kelly green napkins and a crystal chandelier hanging above completed the tropical vibe. The table was set with gold beaded glass chargers, custom menus, and gold acrylic name place cards. Dinner included a choice jerk roast chicken breast or herb roasted fillet of snapper accompanied with jasmine rice, fried plantain, seasonal vegetables and guests were surprised with a passion fruit mojito signature cocktail. Dessert was presented as an almond flavored, gold pineapple cake for everyone to enjoy.
